We are seeking individuals who are serious about their careers and development between the ages of 18 and 25 and who looking for opportunities to gain work experience to supplement their acquired qualification in the following fields: Sales or marketing and electrical. Interested individuals within the respective local communities are welcome to apply.

It is important to note that the program is aimed at Africans, Indians and Coloured individuals (AIC).
The term for the program is 12 months.
There are only a limited number of opportunities available.
Candidate with Grade 12 may apply, however, we are preferably looking for candidates with completed tertiary qualifications specified below.

Desired Experience & Qualification
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Must be 18 – 28 years old
- Currently unemployed and NOT studying full time
- Passed Matric and with the relevant Tertiary Qualification
- No criminal record
- Should NOT have participated in YES previously
- Be able to commit to the 12-month work program (1 April 2023 – 31 March 2024)
- Interview and Verification Process
Candidates are required in the following focus areas:
Finance (Limited only to Durban Prospecton area)
- BCom Degree in Financial Management / Cost and Management Accounting
- Debtors /Creditors – Degree Debtors/Creditors Management
Commercial/Tenders (Limited only to Durban Prospecton area)
- Diploma /Degree /LLB Law Management
Sales
- National Degree / Diploma in Retail Management / Business Management / Supply Chain Management (you will be in the field of buying, negotiating, promotions and stock planning. Strong financial acumen essential.)
- Sales relevant
Warehouse / Logistics
- National Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain Management/ Freight Logistics Management
- Project Management or related qualification
Electrical
- National Diploma in Electrical /Electrical Engineering
- National Diploma in Alternative energy /low voltage /Solar
Human Resources (Limited only to Durban Prospecton area)
- HR Diploma /Degree Human Resources Management
