Duties & Responsibilities
To guarantee that the Business & Statutory rules regarding cleanliness & hygiene are fulfilled with within all duties conducted.
to guarantee that the requirements for food standards, health and safety standards, and operational processes are satisfied.
helps with dinner preparation, especially when it comes to salads and sweets.
puts other food items, such as salads, desserts, and entrees, on the serving line.
maintains a clean and well-stocked serving line.
may help in training new hires.
records and stores leftover food.
maintains cleanliness and order in the kitchen, dining tables, and other spaces.
to make certain that the contract’s requirements are followed and the customer’s expectations are satisfied.
To carry out any reasonable request by management.
To report and where possible take action when faced with customer and client complaints or compliments.
To attend meetings and training courses as may be necessary.
Performs related work as assigned.
