Short Description / Purpose of Job
An Artisan – Electrician supports production by providing effective equipment maintenance and reliability while adhering to procedures/codes and utilising all available support resources to increase stability and maintain sustainability of the plant and/or equipment.
Recruitment Description / Key Accountabilities
attends briefings for the shift handover
gives the supervisor sufficient feedback on the progress of the work
takes part in root cause analyses and gives RCA teams input
participates in risk assessments in accordance with legal standards and business needs to increase safety
upholds proper hygiene standards and follows waste disposal guidelines.

Recognize and comprehend the business’s motivations and KPIs.
Applying and upholding safety in a workplace
Participate in the creation of training modules
identifies personal training and development needs and, with the group leader’s consent, incorporates them into the PDP.

SME Presentation on particular plant machinery
IMS inspections are carried out to maintain and enhance plant sustainability.
Collaborate well with others as a team
attends and participates in PDAs and RCAs to increase the stability and safety of the plant.
Perform a suitable leading position in emergency situations to restore the plant to operation.
Give and get criticism from other fields (partners on daily issues)
managing relationships with stakeholders
Contributes to “toolbox conversations” to increase plant security
Find chances for ongoing improvement in your own work area.
Streamline procedures and/or equipment
On request, carry out the foreman’s temporary duties and accept the employee’s obligations under Section 14 of the OSH Act.
