Job Description:
The successful Candidates will be afforded an opportunity to enroll in an external Unemployed 4 months Cadet Trackless Operator program.
Our Cadet Program is an enrichment program for the community and will enable you to develop skills with on-the-job/core training at Mogalakwena Complex. This Program will enable you to maximize your potential along with a tailored plan to provide you with a future to make a difference.
Application requirements include the following:
Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science and English, (Mathematics Literacy will not be considered)
Must have obtain a pass mark of 40% and above
Must be able to obtained a certificate of fitness
Must be prepared to work on opencast mining
Work in accordance to work schedule of area and could possibly involve working shifts
Must be a South African Citizen
Must pass the relevant psychometric assessment
Must pass K53 Simulator Assessment
Must have good written and verbal communication skills in English
South African Driver’s license will be advantageous
Important: Applications without certified copy of Grade 12 and proof of residence will not be considered

Cadetship Conditions:
Must be prepared to work in the opencast dusty area
Work in accordance to work schedule of area and could possibly involve working shifts
Must be a South African Citizen
Must pass the relevant psychometric assessment
Must have a medical certificate of fitness or able to obtain one
Must have good written and verbal communication skills in English
A valid South African Driver’s license will be advantageous
