The below apprenticeships are available at the Iswepe Factory for 2024:
• Fitter x 1
• Instrument Mechanic x 1
• Boilermaker x 1
The Main Purpose of the function is:
• To undergo a structured 4 year learning programme until writing a trade test to qualify in one of the above mentioned
trades Roles and responsibilities:
• Undergo 4 years training at a college and practical work at the factory
• Formal training at a registered college • On the Job training being coached and mentored by a qualified artisan supported by the factory engineer
• Assisting the qualified artisan with services while learning the trade
Minimum Essential Requirements:
. N2 Certificate . Manufacturing or factory experience will be an added advantage .
Good interpersonal skills & Self-management attributes
• Hard-working
• High commitment
