PROGRAMME OBJECTIVE
RCL FOODS Sugar will be embarking on a Compressed Institutionalised Training Programme. The primary objective of this programme is to give Maintenance Workers who are trade tested Artisans but never completed institutionalised training, an opportunity to complete a gap analysis and eventual training in order to meet the minimum appointment requirements for Artisans within Sugar.

Limited opportunities are available for the start of the programme during April 2024. Qualifying employees at Malalane Mill, Packing, Komati Mill, Molatek and Civil across the following disciplines can apply:
• Millwright
• Instrumentation
• Electrical
• Boilermaking
• Fitter/Fitter & Turner
• Civil – Plumbing or Carpentry
• Rigging

KNOWLEDGE / COMPETENCE
• N2N/3 or NCV Level 4 Certificate.
• Trade test certificate
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Candidate must be employed as a Maintenance Worker within Sugar, including Molatel
• and Civil.
• To be considered for appointment, candidate must be a South African Citizen.
