Job Description
The Apprenticeship Training is a three (3) year program and is offered in the following Trades:
- Fitting & Turning X 8
- Electrical X 11
- Rigging X 8
- Mechanical Fitting X 11
- Welding X 8
- Instrumentation X 6
- Boilermaking X 11

Minimum Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Grade 11 with 40% pass in Math (NOT Maths Literacy) and Physical Science OR N2 with Maths and Science (with related drawings and trade theory for trade you are applying for).
Minimum Experience:
- No employment experience required
Other:
- Must be a South Africa Citizen
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
- Must be Physically fit (Medical screening will be conducted)
- Be Unemployed
- Must never have been on a previous apprenticeship program.
- Must NOT be currently studying with any other institution or plan to be studying in 2024
- Applicants who have obtained a Degree or Diploma will not be considered for this programme.
- Candidates can only apply for a learning opportunity in ONE trade.
