2024 SKILLS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME OPPORTUNITIES Somta Tools invites interested applicants to join the company’s skills development programme in tool manufacturing processes that aims to provide workplace experience to our unemployed youth with technical qualification.
Who should apply:
Unemployed youth with Grade 12..
50% pass in Mathematics and Physical Science or post metric qualification in (Engineering related design NCV level 4, N3 – N6 or Diploma) in the following fields of study will be added advantage:
Fields :
• Mechanical Engineering
• Fitting and turning
• Electrical Engineering
• Tool and Die making
Skills abilities:
• Analytical thinking
• Problem solving
• Communication skills
• Time Management
• Ability to work independently and in team on assignment
• Ability to handle a variety of task at once
