ACTOM: Apprenticeship Intake
The funded trades are as follows:
- Boilermaker
- Mechanical Fitter
- Electrical
- Fitting and Turning
- Tool jig
Successful candidates will be offered the following:
- A monthly transport allowance of R4500 for the duration of the program
- Pre-trade test assessment
- Trade preparation
- Trade testing (1st 2nd 3rd attempt)
- 2x sets of full safety ppe and safety boots as per trade.
- Toolbox as per trade requirements
- Logbooks
- All trade related training material and support
Qualifying candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Candidates to have completed their NCV L2, L3, L4 with all 7 subjects passed on each.
- N2 or equivalent
- Completed their NCV L2, L3, L4
Qualifying candidates should send in the following documents:
- 1–2-page curriculum vitae
- Certified copy of identification not older than three months
- Certified original copies of NCV L2, L3 and L4
