Minimum requirements:
• Grade 12 Certificate with a pass in Mathematics (not Maths Literacy), Physical Science, and English
• Or NCV Level 4 in suitable trade with all courses passed.
• Certificate of Fitness or the ability to obtain one.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Certified copies of all relevant certificates, ID and proof of address not older than 3 months.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Follow a Trade Learnership Programme which contains both off-the job and on-the-job training
• To drive your own training programme and get actively involved in your development.
• To undertake the relevant trade test and pass successfully.
• Be an ambassador for the company and always adhere to the strict code of conduct.
