Gold One Modder East Operation Is a gold mine situated in Springs in the East Rand, approximately 30kms east of Johannesburg, in the Gautang Province.
We are currently seeking a candidate to employ in the following vacancy:
AIDE: Mining Assistant / General worker
Reference No :103_01_25
Qualifying Criteria
• Grade 10
• Competent B Certificate as Advantageous
• YTS Testing
• Uderground Medical Certificate of Fitness
• Clear Criminal Record
• Rust be a legal South African Citizen
• Good Communication skills
Responsibilities
• Work a rotation of shifts
• Maintenance and repairs to all mine winches
• Replace worn winch ropes where necessary
• Routine tests and chocks on winch motors and keep switch consul free from contaminants and visible
• Troubleshooting and detailed fast analysis
• Manage and maintain ut area of responsibility to accordance with prescribed standards and practices
• Adhere to MHSA standards & Goldts safety mono -Nothing is so important that it cannot be done safely.
