Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Worker to join our mining operations team. The General Worker will assist with a variety of tasks on-site to support the mining process, including manual labor, equipment operation, and safety procedures. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable, and committed to maintaining high safety standards in a challenging environment.
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications
- Grade 12
- Mining Induction Training Certificate
- Basic Health & Safety Training
- Previous experience working in a mining or heavy industrial environment is an advantage
- Knowledge of basic hand tools, cleaning, or assisting artisans/operators
- Red Ticket (Mine Medical Fitness Certificate)
- Mine-Specific Safety Induction
- Ability to work underground or in harsh conditions
- Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and standby duties if required.
- No criminal record
