We are looking for a Butchery Counterhand to join our team! In this role, you’ll serve customers at the butchery counter, prepare and display meat cuts, manage stock levels, and keep the counter clean and organized. What you’ll do

- Handle payments (cash or card) accurately and make sure all transactions go smoothly.
- Work with the team to get orders ready quickly, especially during busy times.
- Make sure all meat products are good quality, and tell your supervisor if there are any issues.
- Restock items like bags and wrapping paper throughout the day as needed.
- Cooperate with coworkers to keep things running smoothly and provide a good experience for customers.
- Follow all health and safety rules, especially when handling, cutting, and storing meat to avoid contamination.
- Store meat carefully to avoid cross-contamination, keeping raw and cooked products separate and following safety rules.
- Listen to customer feedback and share it with your manager to help us improve our service and products.
