Duties & Responsibilities
As an Engineering Apprentice at RCL FOODS, the successful candidtae will have the opportunity to:
Learn on the job: Gain hands-on experience working on the machinery and equipment used in the food manufacturing industry.
Develop Technical Skills: Understanding the Engineering process that support the day-to-day operations of RCL FOODS manufacturing units.
Troubleshoot and Maintain Equipment: Work closely with senior Engineers to identify, diagnose, and solve equipment malfunctions, ensuring a smooth running operation.
Work with Cutting-Edge Technology: Be part of the forward thinking team, by utilising the latest Engineering Technology Methods.
Collaborate with Industry Experts: Learn from seasoned Engineers and become proficient in the best industry practice.
