Qualifications
- Matric
- Any Technical Qualification would be an added advantage
Requirements
- Willingness to do applicable studies related to the trade/work, which will include part-time and possibly full-time studies.
- Basic proficiency in mechanical and electrical work, along with machine software.
- Knowledge of Plasma / Laser Cutting will be beneficial
Duties
- Attend and actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job learning activities.
- Take responsibility for completing assigned coursework or educational modules as part of the apprenticeship program.
- Assist in routine tasks and projects under the guidance of a supervisor or mentor.
- Support the team with technical duties.
- Communicate effectively with clients/customers regarding planning of jobs, problems and solutions to problems.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations
