What is ARPL?
Artisan Recognition of Prior Learning (ARPL) is a process that allows individuals with extensive work experience but no formal qualification to have their skills assessed and certified. This pathway enables experienced workers to obtain nationally recognized qualifications without having to complete a full apprenticeship.
Who is ARPL for?
ARPL is designed for:
•Workers with 4+ years of relevant experience
•Those who gained skills through informal training
•Workers who never completed formal apprenticeships
•Workers seeking formal recognition of their abilities
