Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist qualified electricians with electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Carry out basic electrical tasks under supervision
- Install and terminate cables, conduits, trunking, and fittings
- Assist with fault finding and testing (under supervision)
- Use hand and power tools safely and correctly
- Follow workplace health and safety regulations at all times
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Load, unload, and prepare materials and equipment
- Report hazards, defects, or issues to supervisors
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Practical experience in electrical work
- No formal electrical qualification required
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and components
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience assisting qualified electricians
