Job Purpose:
To assist artisans (electricians/millwrights) with installation, maintenance, and repair tasks while gaining practical experience in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with installation, maintenance, and repairs of equipment
- Support electricians and millwrights on-site
- Handle tools and materials safely
- Perform basic fault finding under supervision
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license (essential)
- Basic theoretical knowledge of electrical or mechanical work
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
- Physically fit and able to work in demanding environments
- Good attitude and strong work ethic
