Job Description
Palabora Copper (Pty) Ltd hereby invites Ba-Phalaborwa Communities to apply for Work Integrated Learning Opportunity. The opportunity is aimed at supporting students from TVET Colleges with work experience required to attain their National Diploma. Successful candidates will enter 18-months Work Integrated Learning contract with Palabora Copper.
Work Integrated Learning Opportunities are available in the following disciplines
Fitting and Turning / Machining
Instrumentation and Process Control
Selection and qualifying criteria:
Must be a South African Citizen.
Must have completed all N6 subjects.
Must be between 18 – 35 years old with no criminal record.
Currently unemployed and have never embarked on Work Integrated Learning Opportunity before

Proof of residential address for Ba-Phalaborwa communities (i.e. Maseke, Lulekani, Makhushane, Namakgale, Benfarm, Selwane, Mashishimale and Phalaborwa Town) e, g Municipal letter or Tribal Authority letter, certified by a commissioner of Oaths

This is a training opportunity and Palabora Copper will not be obliged to offer permanent job to the candidates upon successful completion of the program
