ASSISTANT (SEMI-SKILLED WORKER)
We are looking for a reliable and safety conscious Assistant (Semi-Skilled Worker) to join our operations team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
1 Education
• Minimum Grade 10 (Standard 8)
• Preferred Grade 12 (Manic). especially in companies requiring reporting or communisation
2. Basic Trade Knowledge
Exposure to our training in a trade such as:
+Welding
+Meth.snical fitting
+ Electrical
+ Plumbing
+ Carpentry
Can be gained via.
+Short skills programs
+ Apprenticeships
+on the job training
+TVET College practicals
3.Experience:
2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in the relevant trade
– Must be able to
Use trade-related tools safely o Perform basic repairs. maintenance or installations
– Follow Instructions from a qualified artisan Or supervisor
4.Certification
• No formal Red Seal or Trade Test required
• Advantageous to have partial N1 /N2 or trade test in progress
5. Safety & Work Readiness:
• Basic understanding of OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) standards
• PPE knowledge (must wear gloves. boots hard hat, goggles, etc.)
• Physically fit and reliable Able to follow all safety protocols and SOPs
• Attend toolbox larks and safety briefings
• Maintain clean workspaces
• Participate on emergency drills and first aid if trained
