Working Environment As part of eastplats’s Commitment to develop talent, we are inviting applications for the mining learners hip programme for 2025/26.
Barplats Mine shall apply the Employment Equity principles as set out in Barplats Mine’s Employment Equity Policy
THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE ARE ESSENTIAL:
• Completed grade 9 with maths (not Mathematics Literacy) and science or Communications and Mathematical Literacy at NQF Level 1
• Advantageous Team leader Experience
• Advantageous Level 2 National certificate in Mining Operations
• Must be South African Citizen
• Fit for duty / certificate of fitness
ALTHOUGH NOT LIMITED TO, THE INCUMBENT’S MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
• Applicants must supply their Curriculum Vitae, Certified Copy of ID and all academic results to date
• Successful Candidates will also be required to complete a medical fitness examination
• Must be prepared to work underground Medical Requirements
• Good general health
