Corruseal Group is offering a structured Engineers in Training (EIT) Program designed to develop high-potential graduates into industry-ready professional engineers within a manufacturing environment.
This is a hands-on, immersive program where you will engage with real-world engineering challenges, operational systems, and continuous improvement initiatives across production and engineering functions.

Key Responsibilities
During the programme, our graduates will:
- Work on production, process, and engineering systems in a live manufacturing environment
- Participate in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Contribute to engineering and process improvement projects
- Analyse equipment, production, and process performance data
- Gain exposure to maintenance, reliability, and operational excellence practices
- Apply engineering theory in practical, real-world contexts
