Requirements:
comparable in literacy and mathematics for grade 12
At least 3 Years in a warehouse and or logistics environment- Desirable Spares/Motor/Engine parts expertise, warehousing systems and processes
Efficiency, accuracy, focus, and attention to detail are required.
reading and numeracy abilities are required

Besides others, critical Performance Indicators include
Binning
Make sure that the inventory replenishment from bulk to pick locations and the binning of arriving goods are carried out in accordance with the necessary standards and operational procedures.
Make that new items are assigned bin locations with numbers in the appropriate warehouse section.
Make sure that stock allocations to new bin locations are reported to you superior and updated, and that bins are updated.

Make sure all incoming products are received and inspected in accordance with the company’s requirements.
Picking
Make sure that branch and customer orders are chosen quickly to meet order cutoff periods.
To avoid the breaking of pack sizes, make sure picking from bulk locations is only done as a backup bin when stock is low and not being refilled during the picking phase or when choosing bulk orders.
Follow any work-related instructions that your supervisor gives you that are reasonable and legal.

Scanner Management
Everyday provide scanners to all operators.
Scanners may be reserved using the digital app.
Return the scanners to the operators, check them for damage, and then reorder them on the digital app.
Please notify the supervisor of any damage.
Fill up the spreadsheet for the daily scanner issues.
