Job Duties and Responsibilities
Assisting with assembling the various sub-assemblies of an company machine into a working unit.
Assisting in moving any piece of company equipment into or out of a working position at a mine site, quarry, or other such location.
Assisting Artisan in performing troubleshooting tasks to identify the root cause of any problems being experienced with equipment.
Assisting in removing broken or damaged equipment and replace it with new/repaired equipment.
Any other requests regarding work in the company Workshop or at a customer site.
Basic fitting skills i.e. loosen, tighten bolts, replacing damaged parts, cleaning of tools / tooling
Assist Artisan in workshop / site with duties
Requirements
Matric Certificate
Drivers Licence
Be able to pass medical tests for work on mines
Must have worked on mines before
Knowledge of crushing equipment
