- To enrol on a training programme as an Apprentice Instrument Mechanician towards a trade qualification as an Artisan Instrument Mechanician.
Description
- A fixed term contractual training agreement will apply.
- Contract includes: Monthly stipend, payment of institutional training by Wilmar SA, and provision of Personal Protective Equipment.
- Permanent employment after completion of training is not guaranteed.
- Preference will be given to previously disadvantaged groups.
- As part of the selection process candidates will undergo a medical examination.

Minimum Requirements
- Complete Technical Grade 12 qualification with English, Physical or Engineering Science, applicable trade theory subject such as Instrumentation Trade Theory and an additional trade related technical subject such as Technical Drawings/Industrial Electronics etc, all passed with a minimum of 50%, and Mathematics (not Mathematics Literacy) passed with a minimum of 45%.
