Purpose of the Job
• Responsible for ensuring that the Haggie SWR products meets quality standards and specifications. Key Responsibilities
• Set up a variety of production machines to manufacture strands (light/ heavy stranders.)
• Assist a variety of production machines to manufacture strands.
• Ensures the cleanliness and housekeeping of working area.
• Performs a variety of assistant duties.
• Meet production target.
• Adheres to Haggie Steel Wire Rope’s health and safety standards and always wear correct PPE.
Minimum qualification required
• Grade 12 Experience and Skills & Knowledge required
• Ability to understand and communicate in English
• Understanding of work related forms (e.g production sheets, work order)
• Understanding mechanical and electrical functioning of the machine.
• Must have good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Must be able to plan and monitor activities.

• Maintains production records.
• Ensures the cleanliness and housekeeping of working area.
• Performs a variety of administrative duties.
• Attend to wire break.
• Meet production target.
• Adheres to Haggie Steel Wire Rope’s health and safety standards and always wear correct PPE.
Minimum qualification required
• Grade 12 Experience and Skills & Knowledge required
• Ability to understand and communicate in English
• Understanding of work related forms (e.g production sheets, work order)
• Understanding mechanical and electrical functioning of the machine.
• Must have good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Must be able to plan and monitor activities.
• Forklift operation will be to an advantage.
