To develop, and train learners to ensure availability of qualified skilled workers based on industry requirements and pipeline development for the business.
Minimum Requirements
-Grade 12 Certificate with Mathematics & Science MUST BE ABOVE 50% PASS
-N2 Certificate from a TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) or Further Education and Training (FET) College with Mathematics, Diesel Trade Theory, Engineering Drawings and Engineering Science.
-Experience working in the vehicle maintenance environment would be added advantage.
-Willingness to learn and complete course within specified duration (both theory and practical).
Duties and Responsibilities
-Assist Artisans with repairs and services
-Assist Artisans with workshop activities and breakdowns in the field. Contribute to the successful implementation of a good safety culture Carry out any reasonable instructions from Team Leaders
-Able to travel to various sites in South Africa
