Career Summary The role’s objective is to minimize loss to Absa by managing client debt through effective and efficient collection strategies. In order to repair client accounts before they become delinquent further, this will entail negotiating repayment from customers.

 

The minimum requirements and education:

a level 4 NQF qualification equal to the matriculation exam.

Certificate or certification in credit management.

It is preferable to have a banking diploma,

certificate, or similar. the least. 1–2 years of pertinent experience working in a collections environment contact center experience in the collections industry.

experience working with or serving customers.

working knowledge of financial and/or retail services organizations
