Goal of the Position

In accordance with statutory requirements and regulations, you are in charge of managing your shifts on a day-to-day basis for the property’s security operations.

The following are some of the obligations

Application of Business Plan

Recognize the Business Unit’s plans and deliverables for security.
Work with an outside organization to carry out the strategic plans and deliverables in line with Unit Security goals.
assist in implementing security deliverables and facilitating communication

  • Conduct SWOT and risk analyses across the property with regards to reducing or preventing threat and risk to the secure and safe operation
  • Provide clear delegation of authority and accountability for deliverables
  • Communicate regularly with all relevant Stakeholders internally and with outsourced security team
  • Manage the allocation of people and operational resources

 

Guidelines & Governance

Implement and evaluate security procedures and standards at the unit level, as well as complete and record incident and reporting documentation.
Align procedures with new legal requirements for security, environmental protection, safety, and health
To reduce the risk to the business, implement and monitor control measures (including systems and processes) and checks inside each department.
keeps track of standards, reaction times, and the effectiveness of standard execution
aid in the training of security personnel to ensure standards compliance. Address any omissions or violations.
To ensure operational standards and requirements are met, coach the employees.
Give the necessary comments to the appropriate parties

 

Financial Management

Authorize spending in accordance with the plan
control productivity
Report any irregularities.
