Junior Millwright / Fitter / Electrician at Fusion Personnel

 

To satisfy the goals and expectations of the firm, it is the responsibility of this role to ensure that all equipment is operating effectively. The person will also need to examine and identify certain upgrading projects.

 

Requirements

Mechanical, electrical, or millwright trade test certification OR a N3/N6 degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
working knowledge or expertise, notably in the FMCG industry, in a manufacturing environment

 

Duties

Machine commissioning and installation must follow design standard criteria.
Identify the machine’s problems.
servicing and upkeep of equipment and To address issues, offer intellectual and strategic solutions.
writing reports and gathering information on recognized current and prospective machine issues.
Upgrade all firm machinery with both electrical and mechanical improvements.
Utilize machine improvements or solutions to solve complicated challenges.
writing job instructions and following the proper regulations and procedures
Maintain a safe working environment at all times, and identify and draw attention to any harmful work practices so that they can be changed.
