Job Description

This particular position is located inside the Siqalo Foods division, a Remgro subsidiary and RCL FOODS sister company.

For our Spreads Division, Siqalo Foods is looking for a Millwright Apprentice. It will be headquartered in Boksburg, and the incumbent will answer to the Engineering Superintendent.

 

 

Minimum Requirements

National Senior Certificate (Matric/Grade 12) with Mathematics and Physical Science

N2 with trade subjects

Microsoft office skills and computer literate

 

Duties & Responsibilities

help the craftsman with upkeep and repairs on the mechanical and electrical systems

excellent housekeeping, knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene

Ensure that all HR, safety, and other rules, procedures, and standards are followed.

Join a team that performs well.

Work in accordance with Maintenance Guidelines (SMP)

maintenance chores in a factory are completed under supervision.

to participate in maintenance work performed on-site

updating of the logbook on a regular basis and providing the superintendent and the designated institutions with comments.
