Programme:
The 12-month curriculum will provide a theoretical component that is aligned to a NQF Learnership program and hands-on on-the-job training to enhance entry-level learners’ abilities and performance at work. It offers the fundamentals of reading, numeracy, communication, computing, and fundamentals of business.

It is appropriate for those with a Grade 12 diploma to build critical professional skills. In order to boost managers’ and departments’ overall performance during the practical component, learners will offer administrative support. This will help them become ready for the workforce.
Entrepreneurship, business operations, customer service, business accounting, math literacy, communication skills, and computer skills will all be covered in the theoretical portion.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric/ Grade 12
- Post Matric Qualification will be an advantage
