Location :Rosslyn
The above mentioned vacancies exist in Metals Rosslyn The positions reports to the Plant / Technical Trainer.
Key responsibilities include:
• Completion of all required theoretical v v vs for the trade
• Undergoing intensive on-the-job training and other related training
• Providing support to the production process with adequate levels of availability and reliability
• Demonstrating the ability to practically conduct maintenance and installations
• Acquiring problems solving and trouble shooting skills
• Adhering to plant rules and regulations
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
• Must be in possession of a Matric Certificate, with Maths, Physical Science and English second language with a minimum of 50% passmark.
• Minimum NTC 3 engineering, with relevant trade theory as a subject.
• A good engineering understanding at a basic level
• Team orientation, be systematic and well organised
• Basic computer literacy
• Good interpersonal & communication skills, positive attitude, able to use own initiative, team oriented, systematic and well organized
• Ability to work overtime and shifts when required
