The below apprenticeships are available at one of our clients 2 Factories for 2024:
Fitter x 2
Diesel Mechanic x 2
Electrician x 2
The Main Purpose of the function is:
To undergo a structured 4 year learning programme until writing a trade test to qualify in one of the above mentioned trades
Roles and responsibilities:
Undergo 4 years training at a college and practical work at the factory
Formal training at a registered college
On the job training being coached and mentored by a qualified artisan supported by the factory engineer
Assisting the qualified artisan with services while learning the trade
Minimum Essential Requirements:
• N2 Certificate
Manufacturing or factory experience will be an added advantage
Good interpersonal skills & Self-management attributes
Hard-working
High commitment
A stipend and housing will be offere for the duration of the Apprenticeship. (4 years)
