HCL INVITES APPLICATIONS FOR THE 2023-24 BATCH OF TECHNICAL LEARNERSHIPS
(ALIGNED TO MICT SETA)

The Program, Duration & Location Program is designed to equip graduates with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their IT careers. Participants will gain hands on training experienced mentor and they will have access to a wide range of resources and training opportunities, including classroom training, an online training and on-the-job training.
12 Months System Support and System Development Program at NQF Level 5 aligned to the HCL requirements. Program will be conducted in Johannesburg.
– First 4 months dedicated to MICT SETA aligned training – Subsequent 8 months aligned to the Mentorship program & Projects Program aligned to the HCL training organized by the HCL Project teams
– The trainings would tentatively start from 15th Dec 2023 and will run for 12 months
The Eligibility Students having completed their Dilpoma/Adv. Diploma/Degree/Honors: in Information Technology/ Software Engineering/Computer Science/Computer Systems/Information systems, with atleast 75% marks
– Most be a Citizen of South Africa – Age of 30 or less – Selection for Learnership will be done based on the Economically Active Population (EAP2023) targets – Total seats: 23 (12 Male and 11 Female)
The Stipend ZAR 10K per month of Stipend as gross amount.
The accommodation, transportation and food are included in the stipend for all students.
The Final Outcome The Learnership is to ensure that the learners are equipped with skills that are niche in the market and they are able to be absorbed immediately post completing the Learnership. Having said that, there is a huge demand of such skills globally and aligning yourself to this learnership will help you yield a better career.
