What You Will Learn:
Successful candidates wM have the opportunity to attend the theoretical training at an MQA accredited Training Provider as well as gain hands-on Workplace-Based Practical Learning and working in the field under supervision and coaching, and tutelage of competent Subject Matter Expert (Line Management and Supervisors). This will include a structured training programme guided through a standards structure logbook with additional training and development courses were deemed necessary
How your programme will be administered:
• Fixed-term employment contract which will lapse and get terminated automatically at the end of the twelve months (1 year) with a stipend paid to the learners personal banking account.
• Learning Programme Agreement registered with the MQA with a Certificate issued on successful completion of the programme.
• Learning Programme Logbook
• Monthly and quarterly progress reports
