Purpose of the Role
Learning and practising the applicable trade under the guidance of skilled or qualified persons, to gather sufficient practical experience.

Successful completion of Apprentice level module outcomes and all theoretical learning
Successfully complete all practical training and skills assessments
Apply skills learnt in the workplace
Update Apprentice Training Logbook Completion
Update Apprentice Training Logbook Activity Completion
Successful First Attempt of Level Test
Successful completion of Trade Test at the end of Apprenticeship
Meeting the objectives and requirements of the workplace as advised by manager/ mentor
Maintain a safe working environment (according to safety policy and procedures)
Achieve individual Balanced Scorecard and KPIs
Effective self-management and performance ownership
Adherence to any reasonable instruction
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
Minimum Qualification
N3 or Equivalent in Mechanical Engineering with the following subjects passed:
Engineering Drawing
Computer Literacy
Valid Driver’s license
Minimum Experience
0 – 1 year
