Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with installation of HVAC and refrigeration units under supervision.
- Support routine maintenance tasks including filter cleaning and refrigerant checks.
- Help diagnose and repair mechanical or electrical issues.
- Maintain accurate service and maintenance records.
- Provide courteous assistance to clients and escalate queries when necessary.
Skills and Competencies
- Basic technical knowledge of HVAC systems and refrigeration principles.
- Ability to handle basic tools safely (training provided).
- Physical ability to lift equipment, climb, and work in confined spaces or varying temperatures.

Qualifications
- Technical N3 (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent; trade school or apprenticeship preferred.
