Key responsibilities include:
• Completion of all required theoretical modules for the trade.
• Undergoing intensive on-the-job training and other related training.
• Achieve the required pass rates for trade theory 1, 2 and 3 as per agreed standards. Complete all required theoretical and practical training within the specified time
• Perform routine quality checks as per the quality plan.
• Providing support to the production process with adequate levels of availability and reliability.
• Demonstrating the ability to practically conduct maintenance and installations.
• Acquiring problems solving and trouble shooting skills.
• Perform routine quality checks as per the quality plan.
• Ensure team adherence to quality standards.
• Complete all relevant recording documentation.
• Adhering to plant rules and regulations.
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
• Minimum N3 mechanical engineering,with Mathematics & Physical Science.
• A good mechanical understanding at a basic level
• Team orientation, be systematic and well organized
• Basic computer literacy
• Good interpersonal & communication skills, positive attitude, able to use own initiative, torn.oriented, systematic and well organized.
• Ability to work overtime and shifts when required
• Ability to read technical drawings
