This apprenticeship offers practical exposure in a fast-paced production setting, where you will support experienced maintenance teams in ensuring optimal performance of electrical systems and machinery. You will combine on-the-job learning with formal trade development, building a strong technical foundation in industrial electrical maintenance.

Working alongside qualified artisans, you will contribute to preventative maintenance initiatives, assist with installations, and support fault-finding processes that keep production lines operating efficiently and safely.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with electrical installation and maintenance within the facility
• Support fault finding on electrical systems and production machinery
• Conduct preventative electrical maintenance tasks
• Assist with wiring, control panels, and electrical testing
• Follow safety protocols and maintenance procedures
• Learn from qualified artisans while progressing through structured trade training

What You Bring

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Strong results in Mathematics and Physical Science
• N2 – N6 Electrical Engineering qualification preferred
• A genuine interest in electrical systems and industrial maintenance
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Willingness to learn and work in a production environment
