The learnership is a program that combines learning with real work experience. It is designed to help young people use what they learned in school in a work environment. Hazchemwize & Wize Academys program is focused on teaching skills that’re in high demand in the workplace making it easier for you to get a job after you finish the learnership.
There are two learnerships
1. Office Administration
The Office Administration learnership is perfect for people who like to organize things manage information and help a team in a professional environment. During this program you will learn about:
- * Managing files and records
- * Handling. Letters
- * Scheduling meetings
- * Helping customers
- * Doing office work
These skills are useful in many industries from big companies to government offices and small businesses.
2. Project Management
The Project Management learnership is for people who want to plan organize and manage projects. In this program you will learn about:
- * Planning and scheduling projects
- * Managing money and resources
- * Working in teams and communicating well
- * Solving problems and making decisions
- * Checking progress and meeting deadlines
Project Management is a skill that can be used in almost every industry, including construction, IT, healthcare, education and business. Finishing this learnership can open doors to career opportunities.
Who can apply for the learnership?
Hazchemwize & Wize Academy is looking for people who meet these requirements:
- * You must be an African citizen.
- * You must be between 18 and 29 years old.
- * You must have finished Grade 12.
- * You must not be doing another learnership.
- * You must not have a record.
You must also have these academic qualifications:
- * English: Level 4
- * Mathematics: Level 5
- * Mathematical Literacy: Level 7

The learnership program has the following details:
- * It lasts for 10 months.
- * You will work from Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- * The office is located at 10 Zurich Road, Spartan, Kempton Park, Johannesburg.
- * You will get a stipend of R6,000 per month.
- * You will also get a transport allowance of R500 per month.
