Job Description
Rainbow is looking for a dependable and motivated Millwright with an analytical mind and a passion for problem solutions to join our Chicken Processing plant’s Engineering Team. The position is located in Hammarsdale and reports to the Engineering Foreman. The selected applicant will be responsible for ensuring that plant maintenance is performed efficiently and properly in order to minimize downtime.
Minimum Standards
N4 qualification required, as well as a recognized electrical trade exam.
Driver’s license with the code 08
Mechanical and electrical in nature.
5 years of related experience (post qualification).
Knowledge of poultry processing equipment and experience in the poultry sector would be advantageous.
Experience with PLCs and HT would be advantageous.
The Installation Rule (wireman’s license) would be useful.
