PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To safely maintain and repair the plant in accordance with scheduled, unscheduled, breakdown, and recorded work
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Risk, quality, environmental sustainability, and safety:
Participate and adhere to the SHEQ regulations (SHEQ Toolbox)
Make that norms and regulations for health, safety, the environment, risk, and quality are followed.
Adhere to regulatory requirements, safety standards, housekeeping standards (5S), and scheduled maintenance system specifications.
MINIMAL REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
Grade 12/N3 and three years of related experience and an applicable Trade Test
knowledge about computers
People:
As a team member, make sure to cooperate when doing duties and activities. Customers: Ensure client happiness by providing them with service that is done correctly the first time.
Enterprise Procedures:
Utilize fault-finding methods and aid in root cause analysis
upkeep, replacement, and repair of mechanical parts, components, and apparatus
Utilize the SAP system to carry out breakdown work orders, produce orders, send alerts, confirm daily work orders, and give correct feedback.
achieving the greatest standard of craftsmanship by carrying out job in a safe and dependable manner.
Conduct routine plant inspections and notify supervisors of any non-conformities and standards deviations.
observing the functioning state of the gear and equipment.
routinely maintaining manufacturing tools and equipment to guarantee compliance with the law and other operational requirements.
Let the maintenance supervisor know if any tools, equipment, or other necessities weren’t on hand for the job specified in the work order.

Create a PM order indicating the stock-drawn item.
Reserve rotable items for PM orders.
Make a follow-up notice
Fill in all the fields on the “Damage” tag before returning the item to the rotating shop.
