PURPOSE:

The goal of the apprenticeship program is to give young people who are unemployed the chance to learn things that will help them become more competent in a particular trade.

 

DELIVERABLES & MEASUREMENTS
Among the duties include, but are not restricted to:

The chosen candidates will sign a fixed-term contract with Sea Harvest for the duration of their training, and they will be hired as full-time apprentices.

• They will be expected to finish a Center of Specialization (CoS) Program at a TVET institution, which will be entirely supported by the corporation, as well as core experiential workshop training.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Youth preferred.

• Must have completed NTC 3 (4 Subjects), NCV Level 4, or a technical or math- and science-focused matriculation.

• Demonstrated or comparable practical training and experience in a trade.

• Must be in good physical condition.

 

Abilities AND COMPETENCES:

• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Willingness to put in extra hours and work shifts.

• Precision and dexterity.

• The successful incumbent would greatly benefit from having a technological background.

• The ability to operate in cramped quarters and at heights more than three meters.
