Applications are invited from South African unemployed youth to join our four-year Millwright Apprenticeship Programme. The company offers a full-time on-site programme that provides technical training, hands-on experience and exposure in a heavy industrial environment to prepare you to become a qualified artisan. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who have a good technical mind-set and are eager to gain hands-on industry experience.
You will assist in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all electrical and mechanical machinery to support optimal plant performance and safe, efficient production processes. You will also participate in structured training and on‑the‑job development to meet the competency requirements for qualification as a Millwright artisan in accordance with merSETA requirements.
